  1. Really haha well I guess I'll have to enjoy it while it lasts then
  2. It's been in process for 4 years and finally, got myself together and finished it, hopefully now I'll get back into riding again
  3. thanks ill check out this other one, and didnt know about the europe profile but sounds handy, the inspired cranks have 152mm axel and my profile one is 146mm but i actually dont think its enough to clear, so i think ill have to live with a isis or taper bb and some mtb cranks to be on the safe side.
  4. Thanks rob ill look at some of Them options. yeah jeff ive added all the spacers i dared, the Axel is almost long enough i thought about ordering a longer profile Axel but shipping from America is always a pain, I would like to run some bmx style cranks if I can though so I'll have a look at the iirc. thanks for the replies
  5. hi guys ive been out of the game for a lot of years and am planning to start riding again... im in the process of building a onza zoot 24" i bought the frame set some years back and haven't used it yet. i slapped some profile racing cranks on there, but it was a fail. the axle is too short and the cranks dont clear the frame. I am a bit worried about ordering more bmx cranks as i believe the problem will be the same, any recommended crank set for under 200 quid? and dose anyone know if the inspired crank set will fit? thanks seb.
  6. yeah i used all the things that came in the box with the rotors and mounts that followed im running 180 for the back and 160 for the front and the back one i can adust because of the mounts on the frame, like side the capliper up and down but the front one i cant adust on the forks, so i dont know ill try upload some pics tomorrow it looks odd though
  7. hey guys i know bb7 is the easyest break to set up but when i slap an 160mm disk on the front of my onza zoot i can only get half of the pads to toutch the disk is the fork made for 180mm only ive tryed fliping the adaptor both ways dont know what i can do really.... thanks seb.
  8. so ive just bought a rear 160mm bb7 for my onza zoot, am i completely screwed or is there hope? i dont like how the maggie squeeks.
  9. hello guys so ive decided to start riding again and bought a new frame and my profile cranks have been sitting around for a lot of years now anyway i bought the frame with them on so ive never actually taken them of before or put them on myself anyway the drive side is stuck but the other side came straight of do i need a crank pull to get it of or something or do i need to get the screw of holding it onto the sprocket or do they cone of together? also i have an idea that once i get the driveside arm of i can take out the axle and and assemble them to a euro bb or is the axle going to be stuck as well in need of a special tool? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
  10. what is a floating disk? because ive bought a 160mm disk on the front and havent used it yet
  11. are the profiles a 19mm axel anyone? im out sailing so i cant go out and measure -.-
  12. thanks for the info guys this helps me alot but makes my decition harder on wether to just buy some new isis cranks it would be easyer i do like the profiles though their pretty unbreakable
  13. hello people i have a set of questions that i would be greatfull to get some help with, im about to buy an onza zoot frame and i have profile racing cranks on my dmr street bike and wonder if i can use the cranks of it? will the bottom bracket fit and will the cranks clear the frame? also if i can use the cranks where do you get a small enough front sprocket to use for trials ive seen some bmx´s before with some really tiney sprockets on i need an 18t and also needs to fit a bash, ive been looking around abit but havent found anything that makes it posible. any help is much appreciated thanks seb
  14. thanks for all the good feedback guys, but reading it my idea wont work then. I was only looking for a cheap solution for getting a good break on my bmx its not worth all that much so im not going to spend loads on a good u break, so might go slap on some tar or something. but thanks again seb.
  15. hey guys i know this is all about trials and that its a bmx question but really need your help dose anyone know where i can get a ubreak to vbreak adaptor, ive been looking about and i cant find any but ive seen some pictures of one on google images. your help would really be appreciated because ubreaks suck thanks seb.
