can any one recommend a good source of pure creatine to take, cheers,

so say i brought some pure creatine pill's and used them correctly, would this help me in any way or just fill my muscle's with water. cheers,

Well as the title says just after some info on them really as im thinking of getting some, i.e does any one take/drink them, do they even work, and so on..... i have been told pure creatine is probably the best, so just let me no what you no... cheers, sam

pete wright has just shown me this, and i think it is very brave of him to have this tattoo, in memory of all the great riders and his family. so i thought i would show every one on here pete has had a really hard time with his little bruv passing away plus his best friend now all these amazing riders. soo well done pete the pic was taken just after the tattoo was done updates soon .

i have recently started to restore my mini, and i need to weld a new front on to it ie.. (wings) witch will involve some seem welding. and i also need to do a small bit of patch welding, can any one recommend a welder, or will a standard mig welder do the job . thanks for the help , cheers, sam
