im finding really hard to hear whats goin on on my speakers because there so crap, if i open out the cuttoff on the bass or turn up the level it just over rides everything else. but as soon as ive got some monitors il do some fresh mixes and upload them ! havnt really been on those vibes recently, but soon !

new drum n bass tune up. what does you people think ?

what part of beat? the whole lot? or just those bongo's ? i havnt been riding for about a year and a half now, but probably going to buy a new one this summer. street where i live seems pretty good, seen another rider here aswell once !

thats what im trying to do really, make my own genre in a way or atleast a sound that is unique to me! but in doing this i seamed to have lost sight of reason that i wanted to start producing for. cheers dave! ive got more tunes of similar genre, i was wondering if i was worth making a 5 -6 track ep. and selling it on the cheep would be a good idea, and ive got some radio play lined up. But i dont know if there are there enough people out there who like alternative genres and would come across my music and like it ?

after having a listen to fall in tune i completely agree, and what im trying to make is more dubstep inspired music and more underground sound rather than mainstream or shitty jump up with crap beats, but i am going for a more mellow dub feel but not with all my tracks. and not all my music is like the tracks that are up on my soundcloud at the moment, i will upload more soon. after listening to several different tunes i beg to differ, 5 of them only had claps and most of them were sick tunes. most commercial dubstep is of that formular im sure ? i do layer my snares and kicks aswell, all of the tracks on my soundcloud have atleast 2 layers of kicks and snares, i reckon i just need to have the release longer on the snares. and by the way all my music is made on logic 5.5 with shitty hifi speakers!

Hello, ive been making dubstep for about a year now and im getting to a place with it where im almost happy with what im making and sound im creating.
