  1. ive though of doing the same only going from hs22 to v brakes
  2. I actaully have a longer stem, like 100mm(its the center to center distance of the holes right?. Im wondering what the advantage is to a longer one?
  3. How does stem length change the way the bike handles? it seems like it might be easier to transfer weight back with a shorter stem? Also if i buy a brake booster made for my magura hs22 brakes is it going to come with the longer bolts or am i going to need to buy those seperatly? Is it going to help my braking ability or just decrease the throw? also what handle bars do you guys recommend? I have a monty now and dont really like the way it angles, or is this better for trials?
  4. The V brake adaptor probably seems like my best bet. Can someone recomend a cheap fork with a ride height fairly close to a rigid fork? light would be nice too. Im thinking maybe a rock shox?
  5. so it seems like im screwed unless i convert to disk?
  6. I have already bought this bike, what is sooo wrong with it?
  7. Can anyone recommend me a suspension fork? I just bought a Onza T-rex and plan to do some trail ridding/jumping stairs and stuff and though a fork with a little give would help out. Im looking for something cheap, lightweigh, and it has to have the 4 bolt brake holes for the HS-33 brakes.
  8. shoot, I guess I just noticed that this is a UK forum, I should have specified that i am in the US. Are there any dealers for tarty in the us? Seems like a great frame, but would i Be able to have 12 or 24 speeds? About how much do you guys think im looking at for all the other components it needs? thanks
  9. Well i dont think i will ever be super serious about trials, and I would like to have a bike that i can ride decent distances, and also not spend very much money! Im mainly just looking for a frame right now, what do you guys suggest? the gary fisher opie frame looks like it would work well, since the seat can go so high and so low
  10. How do you guys stay balanced so well? I can do while stopped if i jump around but when i wheelie i always fall to one side. Any tips?
  11. Anyone have any websites or instructional sites for a beginner? or advice they could give me for improving quicly? I would think these could help me and others a lot. Thanks
