All i know of Hope is what i ca read off there website and say of great and amazing products that i have used. I've called my mate. The DVD is in a .VOB file formatt. I will be picking up a copy of it tonight and will need to convert it to MPEG, AVI divx i think. All sorts of stuff. A lot of aerospace stuff but all manners of enginering stuff. Have CNC/cad,cam, plasma cutter along with a water cutter being fitted. I've made a few steal mech hangers for some local XC riders. Booster is something i'd like to try out

Guys, I maybe new and i might of found a hole in the market to avoid Chris (Zhi) from ripping us off but please can you stop PM'ing me asking to buy the frame and then sell you it. I am not even sure i will get one my self, let alone the 110% certanity of a set price inc shipping and all the other detials to go with from the shop that sells them. I'm a metal worker, i know whats needed to be done on the stuff. A local bikeshop had a DVD off Hope showing some production and there is a part where they show the disc being cut, treated and cleaned. I will try and get a copy and uplaod it

Hi Alex, Thanks for the video, good idea that. Right i now see the problem. Admitly at the end of the video when you had the axle spinning it sounds like bearings where moving too and not happy. On the drive side, is it possible to fit it in a dropout, say the non drive side of the frame so you'd do the bolt from inside the frame. Ie: looks like you have 1 staberliser wheel. If so do it and do the bolt up mega tight. This should hold it nicely so you can then undo the non drive side. I don't know how you've let it go like it has. Some grease on the threads of the bolts will not go a miss next time as this should help them come off easyer. Dave

Looks good. Once machined out it'll need a surface grinding to get flat then a heat treatment follwoed by a dish washer degressing. Think your wanting 600*c for the heat treament and then it's going to be cooled under presure is what Hope do.

£18 GBP and a gift is the limit for anything coming in to the uk as an import from a non EU country. I duno how i'd go about it as i'd be advertizing i think which is not allowed. Need to work out carefully

Zhi aparantly get it off a mate. I found a place that has good rep with the uk, has given me all there contact info and a english speaking person there. It all checks out. Im just waiting on a mail to conferm my order I had some Chinabike add me offering me cheap stuff but i could tell it was fruad
