Thanks . yeah running freewheel don't no mate sorry not very good with bikes don't think you need to change to freewheel at the front i think you can buy a fix cog for the front that might work Thanks for the comment and Thanks for the validation vote coast quit a lot to do up but its well worth it though Thanks for the comment mate yeah ride's really nice Was thinking of getting every thing silver but didn't think it would look nice love the geo of the blade and the t-pro Thanks for the comment

  3. Yeah thanks, i am using an tensile freewheel at the moment and was just wondering if there was any better than that one. There one of the lightest i thought, and i like the look of them and the length. Was just wondering if anyone knows if there any good ? Yeah i have heard that the echo freewheels are good. Thanks

  5. I am thinking of buying a new isis bb and cranks and forks i would like to go as light as possible i was thinking of getting the Reset Titanium Tensile UCI 'Urban Legend' Crank Arms and Echo Urban '09 and i was thinking of getting a new freewheel Thanks jack
