  5. hi neset thank you for the insight I will not go for the welding stuff instead I already purchased a 24" specific trials street frame with disc tabs I will go from there I am 5'7" tall and weigh around 52 kilos should I go for a 180mm rotor disc set up or 203 for better stopping and holding power?   6. Hi paper clip Im 5.7" and 65kilos would you suggest a 203mm size rotor F & R set up on my 24"? Im using a zee brakeset any insight? an icetech or RT66? which is better?

A blessed day to all some insights on this frame I like to try to built a 24" street trials bike out of this frame Ill use : Dragonfly yardbird Crmo frame Arcade fork BBB 90 x 35 stem tactic handlebar FFW 18 and 15 rear fixed cog NS bike 24" rim hollyroller tires Shimano zee brakeset on icetech rotors 180 Disc tab would be provided on this frame using a 4140 cnc plate and tig welded the first pic was set up using a 24" fork If i will use the Arcade fork the BB will be having a + 15 or + 20 BB height I hope someone can give me advices on this build thank you BTW I also have a 26" specific rig
  9. A good day to all thank you very much for the insights i have changed my fork to a sasso aluminum fork and there is a big difference in weight and handling my suspension fork used to drain me on a short while TIA sirs!!! thank you for the push sir
  10. sir danny00135 thanks for the insights yes i am never too old but im old hahaha. I have toughts of buying trials specific bikes, the hard part is shipping it across the globe its expensive for the meantime Im just starting ill use my current bike and graduallly change the parts that you mentioned one more thing should i change my supension fork to ridgid one? thanks for all the help though we are miles apart thanks appreciate it very much Im trying to master my foundation like trackstanding , rocking and hop :Dping am I on the right track any additional reminders TIA to all God Bless!!!

Hellow evryone here at trials forum first I want to say something about me Im Michael or mike for short Im 38 years old mariried and with 2 kids Im from the Philippines, I have been riding BMX on my younger years until college then stop riding due to work then started riding my MTB about 10 yrs ago then stopped for another 5 years sold my bike then recently I bought a merida 2012 build bike size 16 on 26" since I dont have time going to trails in the woods and mountains I stumble upon trials riding, now after reading and searching on other trials forum including here Im modifiying my bike to be a starter 26" trials bike. single speed conversion gradually changing my parts as budget permits.... Question... dear riders, Am I too old for this ? Can I use my stock bike for begiiners trials? please give me some advice I need advices since trials riding is not that popular here in the Philippines its more of 4x and slalom and DH here , I want something different which can give me more balance and technical riding skills hope to hear from all of you Ill post pics of my bike soon.. thank you God bless to all
  12. i have a different story , Im just a newbie to trials/ street trials riding am I too old Im 38 years old from Bulacan in the Philippines have a stock built merida 26 and slowly parting it out so i can built it for a street trials bike currently the bike is converted to a single speed 22 teeth chainrings and 18 teeth cogs lowered the seat should I change my suspension fork to a ridgid one? like the mosso alloy and or the fire eye crmo fork any suggetsions sir?
