    Hi Reece I'm a beginner too. Used to ride a bit about 10 years ago but never seriously. Just bought a bike one hour ago. Where do you live in London (I'm south central)? Keen to go for a ride if you fancy it. haven't worked out how to PM yet so maybe send me a message! paul
