ive never given blood but ive seen first hand the need for people to do so. my son was born 3months premature and needed about 3 blood transfusions and without it he would have died so i think i really need to get of my lazy ass and start giving blood :D everyone who can should so i think ill be starting very soon :-

theres two reasons why i started trials 1-martyn Ashton 2-martin hawyes they are absolute ledgends of the sport. my fave vid is chain spotting this is the first vid i saw with any sort of trials riding and thought it was awsome and i still cant get that song out of my head were they are on the beach near the start i think its i am milk by garbage,anyway cheers for putting this up mike your a ledgend in your own right (Y)

is there anybody else up for newcastle we could make it next weekend i know fred,tom,biking mabe gavin will come down from carlisle then theres the thornaby trials lads and most probably colly and his mates it could be a good ride with about 15 to 20 of us maybe some lads from around york could make it too its not a million miles away on train. pm me if anybody is interested and ill try and get something organised.

ive got a tiagra mech for sale the b tension screw has been took out so that the mech doesnt hit against the frame if you do a big drop. they are good take knocks really well

as soon as my frame is sorted out i might have a drive up from stockton is there many riders in the toon
