  1. Hello, Can anyone help with what frame this is? Also what year? T-comp , T-pro, I can't remeber on the spec. Tom
  2. Might be worth having a read of the side effects if you do plan on using Dianabol: http://ic.steadyhealth.com/side_effects_of_dianabol.html IMO, you can't beat a good healthy diet. A lot of these modern day expensive powders, are packed full of chemicals and E' numbers which can't be doing you any good. It's also important to remember the triangle balance of diet, sleep & workout. You need all three to achieve maximum muscle growth. Sleep is the big one that a lot of people neglect. Work-out hard, sleep minimum 8 hours a night, lots of strong proteins (fish, chicken , eggs) in your diet and you won't be far off.
  3. Hi all, On Wednesday me and six of my best friends all jet off for seven days to magaluf, for summer fun! Looking for anyone who has been before to offer up some advice, especially for places to go and visit, and great places to eat. I'm a massive hater of going on holiday and being dragged into horrible all you can eat and drink places which are overpriced. Also looking for any really good stag do type games that we can play, good to keep the banter & the drinks flowing. Thanks Tom
  4. I can't believe it is possible to be that smooth & controlled, and have that much power simply unreal. Good to see some riding in unusual settings as well always makes things interesting, wouldn't mind having a ride around the wine cellar!
  5. Never tried brewing myself but if you like Gin, then Sloe Gin around September time is quality to make and so simple. Leave it till Christmas to mature and it tastes so good. One of my friends has tried this recipe (below) for cider, and it was lethal due to the fact he upped the sugar content. Nice easy way to start though as it only takes a couple of weeks from start to finish. http://brewuk.co.uk/store/recipes-turbo If you want to start brewing from home the trick I have always been told is make sure everything is extra clean. If it's not then the taste will be effected. The economics of it does not really make sense, so if your looking for cheaper beer then don't bother. Just pop off down to tesco, buy yourself a 4 pack and forget about it.
  6. Yep working for me now also thanks!
  7. Nice little edit there, loved how smooth your riding style is, very easy on the eye!
  8. The distance and then smoothness you manage to gain when gaping to front should not be humanely possible. Only criticism from me is the camera quality, would make it even better in HD!
  9. Yea ok that was some monster riding, but it lacked any sort of fun element which for me made the video monotonous and boring. There was no "I must watch this again" feeling I get from most of Macaskill's videos for example.
  10. Seeing Dougie as some what of an icon growing up, seems a shame to see him now "performing" in very average event promo's. Give us some action!
  11. Depends what you can handle, and how much time you have But I usually start off on a couple of beers, then do the 30min bottle of wine challenge. That's all in for less than £4 (if you go for a cheap bottle) bargain.
  12. The truth is that we as humans on this planet demand it. I in no way defend the damage it is doing to the environment, but this is happening all over the world due to oil and gas extraction projects. But we force this due to out daily consumption patterns. There is an obvious lack of sustainable strategy's, and I also agree more should be invested. From my background I know that in many wells that are drilled, as little as 30% of the extractable oil is actually being taken out the ground. The use of chemicals could reduce the need for drilling new wells, hence reduce to a certain extent the effect on the environment. In terms of actually running out of Oil, I am personally of the belief that it is at least two generations away and hopefully by then there will be solutions...
  13. http://www.parcel2go.com/ really good website, compares all the best prices from most of the major parcel companies. The one I always use, last trials bike I posted was for £7.98 i think. Halfords give out free bike boxes if your lacking packing equipment.

  15. She certainly looks like she knows how to handle a pair of balls....
  16. Have a look at this link: http://www.tz-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=170889&p=1735736&hilit=ibm+laptop#p1735736 Bit out of your price range maybe, but well worth the money. I personally love IBM machines , very well built unlike most of these crappy dell's that fall apart. I currently have an IBM X60 perfect notebook IMO. Good luck!
  17. Looking for a room to rent from the 15th of June, for 6 to 8 weeks. I know it's a long shot on here but it's worth a try. Thanks Tom
  18. Been thinking recently and you only get one set of teeth, so its probably worth me looking after them. I have always used a normal tooth brush (used twice a day) and never had any problems. One of my friends was telling me how much better an electric brush would be, so I had a look around online but there is no definitive answer I can find. I don't really want to invest around £70 pounds on a electric one, if it isn't going to make my teeth any cleaner, or potentially last longer. Just want to see if anyone on here has any useful opinions or guidance on the matter.... Thanks Tom
  19. Just tuned in now, and its about to start!
  20. By the sounds of it he is struggling to control the power he already has, not sure he needs the restriction removing. I am a member of the Institute of advanced motorists which has taught me so much about riding, and I feel it is an invaluable skill with so many idiot car drivers on the roads. If you want to learn how to ride a bike properly these guys will teach you, for relatively nothing as well. I'm not posting this as any kind of sales pitch, I passed my test at seventeen with one minor thinking I was god's gift on a bike. I quickly realised how bad I actually was!
  21. To clear this up, he must have an A2 bike licence, which is the same as mine. This means you can only ride a bike with maximum of 33bph for the first two years after passing your test. After this is up your free to ride what ever. So yes if he passed his test at 17 he could of de-restricted it at 19.
  22. I am six months into a rental contract with five others at university. Having to manage your own finances and sort out bill's etc isn't easy to begin with, but once you have it set-up with direct debt's and you manage your money well you should be fine. With most rented properties, the landlord/agency is responsible for all repairs. We have a landlord managed so any problems we go straight to him, from what friends have said getting this is much better ,as if you have to go thought an agency repairs will take longer. If you can I would try and find friends to live with as this will slice your bills dramatically. Ok this is what we each pay. Split between five people. The house is in Cardiff, so I'm sure bills will vary slightly depending where you are but it should give you a rough idea. Water: roughly £15 per month per person. Was for the first 4 months. Virgin media: £6 each per month, includes tv, internet, and landline. Gas and Electric (on a basis tariff with swalec): £31.40 each for the first four months. TV licence: £30 for the year. That's all the bills I can think of, bar rent. Splitting things 5ways really does help, also turning lights off and not using the heating helps keep costs down. Hope this helps, if you need any more info let me know!
  23. As you use the grind more it will start to wear down and loose some of its bite. When this starts don't go mad, but put a tiny amount of tar round the rim again. Will make the grind, therefore your rim last a lot longer
  24. So many options I know, all very very confusing. I have just made my decision, was hard but I think I have made the right one. - My initial idea was to go for the Iphone 4, on vodafone 24months £35 pound a month. but then quickly realised £840 quid over 2 years in massive when the new phone comes out in jan. - Instead I compromised and have gone for a 12month sim only with vodafone, the blackberry £20 a month bundle but then with £110 cash back from quidco . i then got the 8520 blackberry from phones4u £130 atm, and for the money it is a quality smartphone, and the messaging is awesome, a feature the iphone has nothing on. so £ 260 for a year, rather than £840 for two years. take that then do the same again next year. can someone explain to me why anyone buys a contract now a days, seems like sim only and handset combo's are by far the cheapest deals on offer....
