  1. Bloody hell... Is the idea after three years of treatment it wont be allergic anymore? Or is that to cure whats happened to it at the moment?
  2. Yea annoying as fook... The email that makes me agree with you here is one of the network ones i received from a uni mate. Opened it up and it had photo's of about 5 other people on my msn who didn't even know each other, so obviously somethings not going right...
  3. Restaurant- pub in bournemouth, £4-85/hour for about 60 - 70 hours a week... Pulls in a fair amount (Y) Plus the male female ratio is like 5 : 20000 mmmmmm. :P
  4. I'll be working too (Y). Try and get in touch with some of the others from the area maybe?
  5. Bournemouth town centre chavvy? What? :P It's a student town there's bugger all chavs... Or maybe I've been keeping my eyes shut all this time... At least I never seen 30 + groups of them late at night like you do back on ye olde island. :D Back on topic... Bournemouth's OK to ride havn't managed to get out of town so can't comment on Poole / sandbanks... All I can say is don't come down and just ride bournemouth, there isn't an amazing amount to do I don't think. You could always just sunbath and watch all the fitties walk past though. (Y)
  6. James what you on about? :) Bournemouth is one of the worst places for getting ID'ed. B) It's such a student town that they know school kids are gonna be trying to get in as well so everyone gets ID'ed. Even blatantly 30yo females. General bournemouth rule of thumb: 'Take ID around with you at all times or you you have a pretty shit night'.
  7. If you watch carefully the bloke knocks his cap off after he rides the car... That's the only clue I got.
  8. For all the people who say: "Anyone who does drugs to have fun are weak..." OK we have Bill a weed smoker, and ben a "non-druggie". Ben says Bill is weak minded because he needs his weed to have a good time. Change circumstances, we have Bill who is a dedicated trials rider and Ben who isn't. Ben says Bill is weak minded because he needs his bike to have a good time. OK so the comparison probably isn't obvious, what I'm trying to get at is at the end of the day everyone has their likes and dislikes, in order to have a good time I like to ride trials, go out on the piss, have a joint, play my x-box to name a few. These are things I enjoy doing in order to prevent boredom, if it's decent weather I'd prefer to go out riding than do the washing up, bad weather stay in on the x-box. If it's night time I'd prefer to go out and socialise rather than sit in and watch TV by myself. You see what I'm getting at. Going back to the previous comparison, you could get someone saying as they pass by "He's a complete idiot jumping off that wall on a bike as he could seriously hurt or kill himself having huge consequences in the lads family." Everything has risks, some more obvious than others. One of my best mates started hearing voices in his head, nothing majorly serious and all sorted now. Partly caused my weed. I felt really bad for him, yet I havn't stopped smoking. Some of my best mates could get serious injury from trials, I would feel sorry yet again but I wouldn't stop trials. Completely open to critisism, just got in from work and quite knackered so probably not the best argument.
  9. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....showtopic=58865 Basically group of 4/5 lads from fareham possibly coming down on the 24th July (original topic in NMC). Dunno any times but I'd guess at 11 so if anyone wants to tag along post back here or in the NMC thread.
  10. I don't think there's any problem with drinking... Apart from the sudden lack of money afterwards. (Y) As long as you know how much it takes to screw yourself over to the point you feel comfortable at it's OK. I know people say 'Oh but you can't calculate how drunk you are so that's bullshit' but it isn't. When I go out (fairly often) I know fairly consistently 8 - 10 pints is going to be OK, spread over the night. Infact thinking about it getting drunk is itself a side-effect of having a good time. If I go to a shit club then I'll have about 4 pints just 'cause I know i wont enjoy it even if I get plastered. The other side is that I go somewhere I like and drink more because I'm more at home with that environment. When people say (not digging at you smo) that they don't like drinking because it 'makes them feel sick and shit the next day/night' it generally because they're drinking to much, not because they're drinking in general. If you go out try and count your drinks. This is fairly easy if you stick with beers as you can count as you drink, when you're doing shots I guess you can lose count much easier. (Y) As a result of counting, if you feel like shit just think "Next time I'm out I'll drink a couple of pints / shots less and just make it last that tiny bit longer".
  11. I was in town for about an hour at 5ish doing some stuff didn't see anyone at all...
  12. It's a darkly lit room with a wierd looking dog thing up close to the camera and a naked guy in a wheelchair with a huge elephant style head being a bit energetic... Dunno much more than that quite confusing
  13. Switching between a dog with illuminous golf-balls as eyes and an extreme case of the elephant man on drugs... I can see how it's creepy though.
  14. Might be the same person... Remember reading an article up at uni about an autistic man... Basically he had <insert second condition name (sounds vaguely like savage i think)> which is likely to pop up in 1 out of 10 autistic people and 1 in a 100 'normal' people. Basically like smo said he see's stuff as patterns and images in his mind so he can do immense calculations very easily. And yeh he counted pi up to 20,000 dp using this technique. Basically scientists are trying to work out his brain structure or some shizzle to see whether they could increase us lower mortals chances of getting the same advantage and therefore technically making us cleverer at maths. Downfall is that if they did work it out then we may start showing autistic signs as well so can't realistically see it ever happening... For example the bloke can't go to the beach 'cause he'll instantly try working out how many stones there are... Which is near impossible for him so it screws him over.
  15. Saw it coupla weeks back I think, it's hilarious in an evil way :)
