Check the forum, bleive it's in Trials Chat but a lad wants to weld up his ACS freewheel too. You only need to do a small little section and the top tip was to try and set it so it's kinda engaded so the paws wil take most of the load as to the weld. Hopes are uber eays to lock out. It probs went a sit may of needed bigger welds but there drive body's are steal (cromoly) or Ti. Surly do a kit to lockout a Shimano hub...pretty cool i think, Locked out XTR ummm Pete

Mate these are what you need Left side R 1x 2x 3x 4x 248.9 250.7 255.9 263.5 272.2 Cassette side R 1x 2x 3x 4x 247.6 249.4 254.6 262.2 270.9 It's speced from radial ® built all the way to 4 cross (4x). 99% of wheels are built 3x so lets go with that. Left side 263.5 and Cassette side 262.2, this really works out to being - Left side 264 and Cassette side 262. Thats what i say you need. This all basse don a 32hole build and 3x dude. Duno if you built wheels before but you'll need to find key hole and then you'll miss one, it's odd as wide off set rims dont build a sya std rim where you miss 3 holesenerting on the 4th.
