  1. thanks for all of the intrest. i dont think i need to change my brakes as i have 2 disc brakes and they are really responsive, i have also found a gear ratio that feels right (first cog on the pedal crank and fourth on the back wheel crank), but i thik i need to change my forks as i hav adjusted them so they are as hard as they can be and they are still really soft, i feel like a yo-yo..HA!
  2. thanks for the input guys. so i wouldnt need to get rid of the suspension forks i have on the bike (they are quite soft) ?
  3. could i convert my carrera vulcan into a trials bike? i dont see why not as the frame is made out of the same aluminium as trial bikes. the only difference i can see is that the frame is a little higher, and i hav more gears send me your thoughts, thanks, Martin
  4. i kno ive said tis before but does anyone know where in wakefield that trials riders can ride? im seeing more and more people on trials bikes when im driving round but i have no idea where they are going, so can somebody help me out?
  5. thats strange, i thought the t bird would weigh more than a t pro, ah well
  6. i just want to see what bike weighs what, please specify if it is a mod or stock please. i have an onza t-bird (done nothing to it) and it weighs 10 kg
  7. ye i'd like to know aswell, they look like they'll hurt a lot if they hit you're shins!
  8. really good, just going 2 bleed brakes using water, iol brake pistons and manover my brakes so they sren't touching rim (i haven't been on it in ages), but still it rides really well, hope u get it on saturday!
  9. help me, only one off my pads move on each of my brakes, the other pad is right next to my rim, i've heard that bleeding u're brakes with water makes both the pads move, is this true? if not, what can i do to make both the pads move?
  10. i have magura hs33's and i've heard that if you bleed them with water then they are really sharp and responsive so i'm going to do that tomorow. i've also heard that hydrolic disk brakes are really good but i don't know whether they where bles with proper fluid or just water.
  11. are there any good websites out there that sell trial bikes and parts?
