  1. Id be pretty tempted to try a high protein/fat low carb diet. Start pushing the weights with a bit of cardio and see how your progressing.
  2. monsiuer, with a bit of work i think you could end up pretty shredded.
  3. mass comes from flaming the muscle creating big surface tears, strength cause deeper smaller tears. mass naturally comes with strength, but not the fuller leaner muscle that a lot of people want.
  4. raise the reps for mass, you need pump to create mass
  5. 2 scoops a shake, mixed with L-glutamine and BCAA's. Half way through a 6 month bulk so not too fussed on the intake lol.
  6. i have a minimum of 2 shakes a day, 3 on days of training and up to 5 when i work nights on fri/sat.....
