  1. It depends how long it is to begin with (obv) but I would say it would take at least 2 years to get your hair down to shoulder length. A long time but worth it.
  2. My theory is that, stolen or not, the Royal Mail have messed up once again. It could be anywhere by now, the Scottish postal service is notoriously bad.
  3. I agree that the quality of the video/cam work was shocking and that no huge moves were pulled, but overall I thought your riding was smooth. Good job.
  4. I agree, much prefer the modulation and lack of maintenance of maggies although I have seen V's with the same power.
  5. I have maybe 7-8" of hair and it's in dreads so I tend to use the old bandana trick, works a treat for me.
  6. Judging by the above pic you don't seem to be short of spare frames. It's just a shame you snapped such a lovely looking Onza stead. Ach well, frames snap I suppose.
  7. I think the bike as a whole looks kick ass but those pedals *have* to go!
  8. I swear like a trooper in 2D and 3D. Except for this post, it's unusually swear free!
  9. Too true, let anyone who would be willing to give it a bash themselves take the piss. James
  10. Cheers for the advice dudes, especially the 2p coin bit, that's a great idea! I'll give it all a try this morning and hopefully my Maggies will be back to their usual selves. I'll just have to rope my GF into being the third hand.
  11. Did a quick search and threw up a blank, but it's late and I'm pretty tired so don't blame me if this has been covered before. I've noticed that my rear magura is sticking, when I pull the lever it goes out fine but does not retrack fully. If I push the pad away from the rim with my fingers it retracts all the way. I've checked to make sure the pad isn't sticking to the rim, that it isn't getting caught on the body of the break and also that the cylinder is clean. I'm pretty cetain that there is no air in the system either. Furthermore, the problem seems to be quite random, sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn't. I'm confused and all out of ideas. Any help with this would be much appreciated as it's really starting to affeect my riding and cause me to lose confidence. Cheers James
  12. Alright David? It wasn't the warehouse just across the road from Inverness college was it? James
  13. I live in Glasgow, where it never stops raining, so I usually end up watching telly box or going on the interwebs to do stuff like this. When I used to stay up north in Inverness we used to ride (illegally I might add) in this kick ass warehouse. We'd just tour the town looking for pallets and then build up trials courses inside. Cops got wise eventually though... James
  14. First off, hello to everyone at Trials Forum, I'm new. I'm 22 and I've just started riding trials again after a serious lapse of about 4-5 years. Since I was younger I've never really stopped riding bikes of some sort or another (trails, downhill etc.) but I gave up riding trials until I recently purchased an Onza T-Pro. I used to ride a really heavy Kona jumps frame and never really got into it at all, but now, with the mod, I'm trying new things all the time. Introductions aside, I was just wondering if there are any riders in and around the glasgow area who go out riding on a regular basis. I'm loving riding again but going out on my own all the time kind of takes some of the fun out of it and I'd like to meet some experienced riders who could teach me some new skills. I live in the West End of Glasgow but would be up for getting out and about to the surrounding area to meet some new folk. Anyone interested?
