This thread shall be used to post pictures of any new Rockman Products, I will keep it updated as much as possible!

Kortz Frame (As ridden by Myself):

Introducing our new competition spec 26” frame, weighing in at only 1.55kg. The frame is constructed from high quality triple butted tubes 6066Alu on the top and down tubes to bring the weight down, and the other tubes from 6061Alu for maximum strength.

Designed to clear 18:15 gear ratio.

CNC 4-Bolt Magura mounts with booster that seats into the frame for a stiffer brake feel.

CNC machined chainstay yoke.

On this frame there is a simple built-in chain tensioner on the rear CNC drop out... An idea which came from BMX racing which have been in use for about 6 years.

We have been working closely with Bigman on this frame and would like to thank him for his inputs and for sorting out the colours for the art work on this frame.

Like the looks of it, I think more would sell if they came with magura mounts aswell though...

I'd imagine the price would be similar to the stock version, no ?

The mod frames are up on tartybikes now and listed at £390 so a good price in my oppinion.

I don't get it, really i don't. They don't appear to feature anything new or even remotely special. Yeah the headtube is drilled and the seatstays are pretty smart along with the bash join, but nothing worth £400. Where are Rockman getting their stuff produced? Or is that the key to the expense?

I must say, I rather do like the look of 116mm hubs, might look in to getting one of them so i can run rear disc.

Also just wondering if anyone is running the freewheel, are you having any problems with yours, because mine has been skipping a lot as of late, just wondering if its a one off!

Isn't the BB too high?

I saw these when i was looking for a new frame and the bb hight is what put me right off.

The angle the pictures were taken at does make the BB look very high, 75mm is fairly high, but i think the bike would feel awsome!

A quote from the guy who's bike it is:

my Rockman Aurem 8.3kg.

Rode it for a month now. After my XTP II.

This is the best bike ever !

Comparing the KOXXTP II with Rockman AUREM, i would say that the control is way too easy on the Aurem. The double wheel control is as stable as the Monty Kamel yet the rear wheel action is crazily responsive!! as if the front wheel isn't there when u r on rear wheel.

Overall : FAST, POWERFUL, extremely STABLE on 2 wheels or rear. What more can u ask for?

Well i'd say the high BB is going to put more people off than it being a selling point. Got nothing against high bb frames, never ridden anything over +50 which is what i have now.
