OK, this video has been a few months in the making! It was shot in Porthcawl, Bristol and Portsmouth and shows off the 2011 Inspired Element bike - available from Tarty Bikes :)

and the MPORA link.

Also, here's some arty shots we got on the Porthcawl seafront when the sun was beaming!

Not only was that a beautiful video in terms of riding content and stylistic approach but John gives me hope in a world where left foot forward riders shouldn't spin anti-clockwise.

If he can. I can.

This was so great!!! Amazing riding. How tall are you? I am curious if my height would fit a 24". (189cm)

You seemed fine on my Inspired when you were in London.

Thanks for all the great comments guys! Glad you all enjoyed it - and for many different reasons too :)

Ben mate you have an amazing style of video making and riding, both of which are always enjoyable to watch dude!! You have nothing to feel inadequate about! :D

Theo, basically I used my GoPro HD in Timelapse mode. You set it to take a photo every 2,5,10,30 or 60 seconds. I use QuickTime Pro to bolt the photos together then you export as a QuickTime movie in the codec you're editing in. That way I can just import it into Final Cut Pro and use it in the editing, making any colour or brightness corrections if need be... hope that makes sense :)
