I've got into a habit of sleeping at 3am every night, but I can wake up at 8 for college fine... Ish. I think it's the tv in my room that's caused it, can't really get rid as I use it to play ps3 on too, any tips? I was thinking of getting a sofa in my room and strictly keeping the remote over there but knowing me as soon as I get cold I'd get in bed and carry on watching tv haha.
