You should be the new messiah of biketrial or something... If you like ride stocks, have balls to ride one despite of your heigh, find a nice combination of frame / stem that fits you, as I did, and stop moaning about your heigh.. dezmtber Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 sorry just couldn't help myself 20,24 or 26 suits anyone any height, there are different bar and stem combos that work fine. i have riden 3 differnt 26" trials bikes that i enjoyed all of them, and quite often have go on other peoples 26" bikes with no worries. i do prefer 20" and 24" bikes over them but thats just personal preference. FamilyBiker Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) i measured the effective toptube and reach lenghts on a few stock,24 and mod bikes,so i would say the bars´n´stem isnt everything to take into account. the stocks varied from 580tt/630reach up to 620tt/660reach depending on bb rise,as the 24s were,the mods were barely over 580 in most cases(okay one had 603tt,but had 1070wb aswell,should be fairly long for a mod). so i´d guess body heights could fit certain bikes,no matter what the stem is...
