I though the radix has horizontal drop outs. To get a decent tension in the chain, the wheel hangs to far out the back of the drop out. ( i could run it like that,but id rather have the bolt in a 'safer' spot ) I could also put a half link in to sort the problem but id rather steer clear of a half link. I know you have "explained" already but why does it sit so far back? Are you using a ratio that the frame wasnt designed for? Can run the chain as normal with no tensioner, just choose to have it sit in the frame that little bit more..
