Just a re-painted Echo SL

Was it Dananananaykroyd who thought this wouldn't look good? Someone bake some humble pie!

Yep. Still agree with what I said haha.

Black rims would have been better imo but as like with cars, etc, anything custom, as long as you're happy that is ALL that matters :) Not interested in getting in an argument or ruin someone's thread.

i put a back rim on mine...a red one.....much better!! :giggle: seriously...loving the look! not bmw imola? :nerd:

Yep, BMW Imolarot 2, had some left over from various jobs on the car. The idea was to basically get the two looking similar.

where did you get hold of the frame stickers?

Probably not much help but from a rider sponsored by Echo.

Looks mint that

What process did you go through when spraying it? Assuming you did it yourself

Sanding, cleaning with nitro and silicone remover, then base coat directly onto the metal (probably a bad idea but it seems to have stuck well). Had to do about 3-4 colour coats and 3 clear coats. The rims were done in a similar fashion but using acrylic paint, not 2pack. Less work considering it doesn't require a clear coat.

Looks cool :)

You wouldn't still have that Python from ages ago would you?

My friend now has it :) He uses it as a decoration but as far as I'm aware, the frame is still in good shape.

Wow. That looks the dogs danglies.

If i were nit picking i'd say shame about your 'pink' chris king mind you.

I seem to recall a certain Mr Travis purchasing my silver hub shell ages ago so shame on you! :P

Joking aside yeah, a black hub would look much better but I'm not fussed.

Oh my god, it is gorgeous.

And I reached my climax when I saw that pink Chris King in the rear. You can call me old school, but I prefer the look of rear freehub bikes for some reason.

Good on you supporting breast cancer research by opting for pink King products!
