Another brake question

Hi everybody, I've got a hope mono trial front brake and not long ago I fitted new pads, I rode it for a bit and they seemed to be pretty good. The bike has now been sat unused for a while and I went to move it today and noticed the front brake has developed a sqealling noise. Can anybody explain why this is and suggest a way I can sort the issue.

cheers Daz

Meh, maybe.

Best bet would be to go out with a scooshy sports water bottle with cold water. Go around dabbing the brake pads on and off for a while till they heat up then spray some water on to cool them down.. DO this a few times and the pads should be bedded in. I used to hold the lever in continuously and drag slightly to bed in but that seemed to glaze the pads too much

So if I literally ride round tapping the brake on and off that will be enough to heat it up enough?
