There's things like Danny Holroyd giving tips on how to "front bump hop" on his red Pace, Akrigg manualing rails on his T-raptor, Ashton sharing his view on comp and street riders/bikes... Anyway, the plan is to scan and upload the pages in this thread for you'll to see and read. It won’t be in any particular order and I can’t say how often updates will be so bear with me. If the Xerox printer only prints in black and white, it only scans in black and white. Seems silly I know...better find a colour one! kevind Posted July 17, 2014 Report Share Posted July 17, 2014 (edited) That one picture of Chris above Monaco just scares me. I was with Ross when he got the mags and it was just like Xmas for him! It was funny reading some of the articals, in that its the same crap back then as it is now about comps and people giving up because of abusive riders and bad parents. But nice to read about the evolution of trials over the last ten years or so and so many names, I as a newby had never heard of that were going to take on the trails world. It was interesting listening to Ross talk about these years and how the whole non comp scene was, but with most of these guys still riding today? I went through a bunch of MBUKs recently and found articles about Edd Tongue testing the first production 24" and some articles about comps with Ali C and Akrigg ranking in the top 3. And looking at his facebook also mototrials, BMX, surfing and testicle piercing... Hes one of those annoying people that can pick up anything and do it well.
