Daniel Gorez - street

Posting regarding what rear brake someone chooses to use in a video where you can't see the brake at fault, WELL DONE.

I liked the filler I hated the edit, The riding is cool but like previous videos hes doing cool things with a serious lack of style/flow in my opinion. I do enjoy his videos and look forward to the next never the less.

Riding was definitely good, and i'm sure i would of enjoyed watching it

if:

this wasn't another typical predictable edit with a song from dance floor massive hits 2014, needless slow-mo, minute long intro full of disc rotors/ guy wearing helmet/ backhops/ scenery, and the picturesque shot of rider putting on helmet in skatepark and doing the obligatory backflip, ohh didn't see that one coming.

I love his vids, don't necessarily love the riding in every one but I think he really knows how to put a video together.

I enjoyed this but I don't think Daniel suits the spinny side of street, looks like he's doing it as that's what people would expect when he doesn't need to.

And about the slowmo I think he's probably the only video producer who uses slowmo well in trials.

I think it kind of needs to be used where it's actually adding something, if that makes sense. For dramatic sort of moves it's cool because it allows you to get an idea of the way the rider moves on the bike, how committed they have to be, and so on. Slow-mo'ing backwheeling a regular-sized bike rail, then slow-mo'ing gapping to another bike rail doesn't really add much in my opinion in that you're not really seeing much extra from that clip. The way the video had an intro which then cut into what seemed like another intro, followed by slow-mo on stuff that looked pretty easy for him to do kind of seemed like it was just padding it out a bit.

That said, I don't really like slow-mo much so I could just be trying to rationalise why I don't like it :P

EDIT: Also, regarding the rotor size and stuff - Dominik Raab does rad shit and uses ickle babby rotors on a 26.
