http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=371237413859seems it's a fat bike fork, guess they need that extra power for their big ass wheels. Imagine it with four tgm pads! And how much lining up you'd have to do to get the pads to hit at the same time, and bleeding it.

Wouldn't something like that mean that the lever would have to be pulled in further to work?

The lever is an old hs22, which has a 16mm piston.(as opposed to the standard 14mm)

You'd properly have to set up the pads to be closer to the rim, but its not as bad as you think.
