monkeyseemonkeydo Posted May 22, 2017 Report Share Posted May 22, 2017 Not much help really but I nearly went down the Canyon Spectral Al 5.0 route before getting my Whyte but wasn't impressed with the response I got from their online help (they basically opened the website and copied and pasted what I could already see rather than answer my question) and the lead times to get a bike in a certain colourway put me off. ben_travis Posted May 23, 2017 Report Share Posted May 23, 2017 I bought a Capra (before if got nicked) from YT and had no issues with them at all. They gave me the week it was due to be delivered, and then informed me with plenty of notice when it got delayed a week or so. The bike was well packaged, and delivered safe and sound. I didn't have any issues that I had to send the beast back, so can't comment on that side of things, and I would hope that the bikes are strong enough that you don't have to send it back ;-). Oh, actually, i did have a mech hanger break, so I ordered another one on their site, and it was with me in 2 days. I loved my Capra, rode awesome. If you've got the cash, and are happy to wait, then you shouldn't be disappointed. Obviously I'd still try and recommend getting a shot on both of them to compare how they ride...
