Here's mine, does the job.

[attachmentid=3746]

I tried out stylexp the other day and the b*****d thing installed a whole load of other things that took me ages to get rid of. I wouldn't advise it. I'm not really a fan of changing the look of my pc because i'm a much firmer beleiver in the idea of just leaving it alone because it works, i had a very bad experience with cursorxp when i first got my pc and had to take it back to getb it fixed.

Google "patched uxtheme.dll"

Then I cant help you finding more skins.

Lies, actually.... http://www.gnome-look.org/

I did that but when i downloaded a theme...when i extracted it, i got loads of folders but no setup. Is there something i'm doing wrong? or did i download the wrong type of theme?

Once i eventually do it i'll post a pic

EDIT: OK so i sort of did it but when i try to open the .theme file it says "blachblah.theme" is not a valid theme

There should be a file in there saying something like windows theme file and you have to move that somewhere but I cant remember where.

Also some of those things on the website arent themes but its pretty easy to see which are and aren't.

a nice usefull tip for anyone who doesnt want text under their icons...

hold alt, then type 255 (has to be on keypad to work)

Will make the name blank (Y)

to do it for multiple icons u have to enter the 255 twice for 2nd icon, 3 times for 3rd an so on (Y)
