  1. First off hello guys and girls. Been a few years since I have been on here. I done my back in a few years back and had to stop riding. Used to go by the account bcourt2005. I'm just wondering a couple of questions 1 - what's a good priced decent hydro disc setup for around 100 or less. 2 - any ideas on some nice light curved disc forks , again nicely priced 3 - after some carbon bars anyone know where any cheap ones are going Any help would be greatly appriciated .
  2. +1 riding mod has crippled me. building my stock up again now. was much easier for me even though i am a midget lol
  3. Was waiting for some one to put that. I have all ready looked at google and yell. Was just wanting peoples opinions as some people may know some where a lot cheaper.

  13. I definatly agree with whats just been said. I know a few people that have started with the phase bikes and the cheap onza bikes. I would definatly recomend the phase. Its a wee bit heavy but to be honest if you just want a cheap bike to see if you like trials and to practice on theres nothing wrong with it. My friend has been through quite a few frames but after all of them he decided to go back to a phase 1.2 so cant see them being that bad. And like the person above me said... If you do turn out liking trials then just upgrade parts on the current bike, like getting lighter forks, better back wheel etc. Would also definatly recomend stock (26") seeing as your from mtb background You could allways meet people on rides and see what there bikes ride like to get an idea Well hope this helps you in some way and just keep your eye out on ebay
  14. HI, Well Water bleeds are favoured because They have better braking efficiency but then there is the problem of freezing in the winter so make sure to put anti-freeze in the mix . People use screen wash becasue it is basically water with anti-freeze lol Oil is the original way to use your brakes. It runs really smooth but is rather expensive. Water is probably the better way to go as you can always get to a tap. Water = Free..... Maggie brake fluid = £3.91. Also if your gonna bleed the brakes yourself your going to need This and This
  15. Sorry but i dont agree the phase is light. out of all my mates bikes I think that its the heaviest one I have been on. Having said that they are pretty weak aswell. And I dont know if its heavy just because its was all standard apart from the rear wheel. Aside from the weight I think its an awsome beginers bike to learn on. I would definatly go with an onza though as a fair few of my mates have them and they ride really well and are pretty light and strong or just get validated on here and get a second hand koxx frame or ZOO (have herd zoo frames are pretty light).
