To Be Hounest mate, it's completely up to whatever you feel most compftible with. I know some whos 6 foot and rides mod (20). And I'm only 5 ft, 3, and I ride just as good as my tall mate. So I hope that helps. From Ben

Hi Guys...I've been thinkin about ridin plastic pedals instead of my try-all caged pedal I haven't really thought about it properly until yesterday when I sliced my leg open, when I slipped off my pedal. So wat do you guys think...And should I ride them or not And if soo, what plastics should I get ???? Thanks guys Ben
