  1. I'm using the Saint-m820 levers with an MT4 caliper on the front and an MT5 caliper on the rear. Best brakes I've had so far. (and I came from full Saint M810s) A friend of mine has XT levers with MT5 calipers. They feel the same as mine. The best thing in addition to the amazing modulation is that there's less lever travel before the pads contact, compared to the Shimano calipers I had, so you can run them closer to the bars and still not hit your fingers. I think the Saint lever blades are a little thicker than SLX. (Ali C snapped an SLX in a video) The Zee blades look just as thick in the images though, so that sounds like a good combination of value and durability.
  2. I've got those three techniques covered in my trials basics video. Or do you mean more in depth than that?
  3. I've got one for wheelies in the making and might do one on back hops as well.
  4. I wanted to make an instructional video on how bunny hops work and how to learn them for a long time... now I finally put together everything I gathered over the years. I tried to analyse the technique as detailledly as possible while still keeping it simple. The video shows a couple of steps you can take to learn the whole thing from zero. Good luck Part 2:
  5. I once had a go on a Skye V3 and felt a huge difference in stiffness to my 2015 Fourplay. But in addition to its thick axles the Skye is also more compact and stiffer in general. The stiffness of a bike is noticable in trials riding, but the axles are just one contributing factor.
  6. I put a foam insert inside the tube to prevent snakebites. Like the ones you put in tubeless wheels.
  7. From my personal experience and some feedback I've read on Tannus Armour: The problem with inserts outside of the tube is that the foam gets squished into a very thin layer over time and ends up providing close to no protection. And Tannus Armor is a lot heavier than a DIY insert.
  8. I think this is my ideal solution for trials bikes.. Will post updates if I find any flaws with it
  9. What do you guys think about the effects of wheel sizes in trials? And about changing wheel size on a bike?
  10. Cheers guys! I heard Duncan is learning them too, should be an interesting video
  11. In case anyone wondered how difficult this actually is, here you go

  13. Well, all of the ones on those first two days were without 'pogo mode', and they turned out awfully inconsistent. Throwing myself a bit more onto the bars was the change that let me control the move, and I'd say that's necessary if you want to apply it in actual riding. ;P I don't think the ones I did at the end looked worse than my earlier ones, but I can see what you mean with how steep Tim Pratt did them - it starts to look weird if you overdo it. An in-between probably looks best. That was perfect, I wanted an old looking clip
  14. Bit of a classic trials trick
