Given that a few people found the episode interesting so I decided to do a follow up (no interview this time, just me) and expand on a particular experience that I had recently while riding trials that fits into the sport psychology theme. Have you ever had that thing happen where you can do a move, then you make it bigger, higher, scarier and suddenly you forget how to do it? This episode is about that, and a little mental hack that I have been trying to overcome it.
For anyone who's wondering, I took the feedback about the squawking birds serious and recorded this in a much quieter space using a better microphone. It should be easier to listen to. Let me know what you think.
