  4. cool cool, seems as though your liking some good tunes there!
  5. sorry i didnt mean it in a harsh way, but that was just such a generic vid that comes out every day
  6. christ, heatsink really do sponser anyone
  7. no muscles in your fingers mate, thats what your fore arm is for, so your straining your tendons or ligaments i guess, i used to get this so i set my levers so they pulled in closer to the bar, feel shit at first but then you get used to it and its alot nice as you have better grip on the lever and the pain stops:) or just chope it of and forget about it! edit : also, the tending that tightens your finger to grip the bar runs ont he underside of your fingers, so if you have thin or hard grips you can imagine that the harder you pull your bars the more you squash these tendons, which may also be causing the pain. rest it for a bit, and stretch your hands before and while riding.
  8. i had a 203mm bb7 on mod, its was mint! good for rail swaps, just most people on here are heavy handed and can only seem to pull their brakes completely fully on or completely off. if you learn brake control its awesome!
  9. yea he helped me out mine, hes ace!
  10. just a word of advice, if you partially tear or fully tear any ligaments and dont completely rest them (as in, no walking on it what so ever) for at least 4 weeks then theyll be f**ked for life, build up of scare tissue and theyll be weak as f**k. also whats known as ankle instability or something. which really sucks
  11. torn ligaments take months to heal,ot two weeks lol. you pulled some maybe hamstrings are muscles so that makes no sense to say youve torn ligaments in your hamstring lol

    Fiberglass

unless you do that in two halves that will be a mission! especially if you dont already have one something to mould around. the thing is with most composites e.g fibreglass. is that the glassing is easy, its just the making of the mold that can be a nightmare! making a mould like that will take a long time unless you have one already to mould around. also im not sure what you got in this fibreglass kit, but it almost deffinately wont be what you need. itll be alot easier to buy one mate, honestly look how thin it is, the weight of the glass alone will distort it making a distorted mold, thus being useless as it wont fit. also masking tape will leave a shitty finish, and moulding into a masking tape finished mould will never work. there are ways to do it, but involve a few too many tools and other materials which will add to more then its worth
