This is a really simple one, ride along at a jogging pace, jam on your front brake and unweight the back of the bike by shifting your bodyweight over the front end, allowing the back end to come up. Once it starts to rise, push the bars forward and shift your bum over the back wheel. When the back end starts coming down KEEP the front brake on, this makes the landing a lot quieter. If you release the front brake before, the back end comes down alot quicker and makes a loud noise (not very professional....)
