A trials rider who shot to fame before securing a sponsorship at ZOO!. Since joining ZOO! he rode the 26" ZOO! Pitbull and increased the popularity (along with Craig Lee Scott) of the company as a whole. He is known for his on the spot power and high difficulty street moves, forever pushing the boundaries. In 2007 Neil moved to Adamant, ZOO!'s sister company

It is rumoured that Neil is no longer riding trials.
