Bye Bye!

Right,

My 'cracked ribs' actually turned out to be a nemathorax, which is air trapped between the lungs and the front of the chest, causing one lund to not full inflate. I now have to go to the Derby DRI when my dad gets home for an x ray, and then I may have to stay in hospital for a few days to have the air drained out with a giant needle.

So...Whilst I'm away having fun, think of me! Come visit if you want.

Bye!

I had the same thing happen to me 5 months ago it sucked big time! (N)

They put me on the cardiac ward with all these heart attacked old men who all made wierd breathing noises.

I Got no sleep what so ever and halfway though the night one of the old men came and stood at the bottom of my bed and just stared at me.

Hospitals are no place to get well.

Still i get Bupa cover with my girlfriends new job so no more shitty NHS wards for my bmx injurys. :P

Hope it goes well dude. (Y)

Nevertheless it's good to hear your ribs are intact. You should be fine within a week or two which wouldn't have been the case if you broke your ribs. Well, you know how it is anyway :)

Hope you have some pretty nurses attending to all your heart's desires.
