reason they wont play in windows media player is you need to instal a DIVX codex (klite, divx ect are some of them) after that they will play in wmp fine

you cant just pop the old one out and put the new one in, it has to be reflashed with the original KEY string from the firmware and spoofed acordingly (depends what drive you buy to put in) also you have to read the fulkl firmware from the original drive meaning you need specific equpitment to do so. if you cant do it pm me
