or register the console, say that it has rrod and when it asks for information, say it sometimes shows rrod and somethimes comes on but shows no picture. they will repair/replace it

rrod is caused by the chips getting too hot, mainly from their very poor aplication of thermal paste. microsoft have now put in smaller chips, meaning less heat and new heatsinks. still wont fix it though as its down to how they paste it up and the way they hold the heatsinks on. as for the bolt and washer xclamp fix, it will fix 90% of rrod's. make sure you use as5 (arctic silver 5) and that the chips are mirror shiney anyone needs help let me know, ive done loads of rrod repairs for my site

sorry seem to have missed your post ive sent over 30 consoles to MS that uve brought off ebay, and then resold them on a forum im on. they normaly canrt tell if you do it right, ringing them isnt the best way have you tried registering it on xbox.co.uk? if it lets yo then you can send it off as you will then be the registered owner of it. if its aready registered then find the error code for it and ill tell you how to fix it

what have you got the setting to? ip setting and that should be on automatic. also, whats your internet speed? some low speeds have bad conections

will welly do anyways, id go for an alex rim on the back, 20 quid and real strong. on the front maybe a mavic or something light (i hear an onza rim is now lighter than a mavic so maybe that) you could use some random wheels but they arnt made for trials and will break quite quick as foir tyres, i have a 2.35 on back and a 2.10 on the front, though im thinking of 2.35 on both as im starting front wheel landings ect when i rebuild my bike
