not to shabby for gapping either, but i find backwheeling alot harder! id try for somthing kind of medium, around the 1020-1025 mark? then you get the best of both-ish. im only guessing never really riden a medium length bike. But i plan on my next frame being around that kind of length!

or just not run a bash? i mean these days its not very often that you go to bash plate, a ring will cover all your needs protetion wise, bash plates are so unecessary, stuff to bash looks lame anyway. just get a bash ring and dont run the bash plate.

yea, vee brakes pull less cable (maybe more i cant remeber, either way its a different cable pull) to lock the brake than u brakes (road and bmx) so since the m2 lever is a bmx lever designed for a u brake you will need to run a road version of the bb7 so that the brake doesnt feel crap and spongey. the oddysey comes in a long version i think? for flatland i guess thats a pretty long lever, although you might need somthing longer to pull both brakes without loads of effort. I have seen quite a few sucsessfull disk mounts on non disk deng frames, shouldnt be tooo hard to do.
