That looks mega mate - Loo forward to some riding pics on it!
-
That looks incredible!
-
Looks good that! Can't beat simple colourways!
-
That looks amazing mate - fair play!!
-
All the above are correct yes. Rides spot on, can't fault it! Only got it on eBay as each time I get a new bike it goes up for sale!
-
Not quite mate, if you check my profile all the bikes I've sold are above value, entices people to offer and believe they're getting a bargain- psychological selling
-
Haha indeed mate I do love it- this is what the king would be for! It's back for sale if anyone's interested, on pinkbike
-
Basically, thought I would share my latest purchase... I've had many bikes this past year, and have always ridden 20" bikes so a 24 is taking a bit of getting used to... Anyway, it is great fun and I'm not too far off my old Pb's!

I'm such a top guy, I know all the right questions to ask But seriously people, thanks for all your input! Hopefully I won't cock it up hahaha
-
Ok thanks for the help!
-
Ok sweet cheers boy! Awesome, so once the gold has come off, get it out sharpish?! Any idea how to get it a very vibrant silver with 'rubbing off' the king logos in order to buff it up before lacquer goes on? Cheers for the input people!
-
So you're saying the logos will go?! Yeh proper protection would be used at all times, i wasn't sure about the lasing etching as to how far down the soda actually removes markings We need a third opinion now for a deciding vote haha!
-
Hey people, Was just wondering whether the use of caustic soda on a king headset would remove the entirety of the paint, but leave behind the laser etched logos? And also, if this works, would a coat of lacquer retain the rawed finish- despite no paint being applied? Cheers! [PS- it's gold, and I'm looking for any other colour so if you want to swap and save the hassle of potentially ruining an awesome headset, let me know ) Haha.
-
Yeh that's a valid point! I would push it too far as I never land too flat, just like flowing and throwing some tricks in there haha- but cheers for the heads up!
-
Fair enough, i have seen that they're prone to cracking! Surely flow lines and a couple of twists over dirt can't cause it to crack.... ...surely? ...
-
An cheers mate fair enough! I'm a pretty smooth rider, and been riding trials and bmx for a fair few years now- so wanted to combine the two into a park and dirt combo!
-
Is it possible to anodise chrome? Or a very bright and vibrant silver?
-
Basically was just wondering what people's opinions were/ if anyone does run a zoot frame for park or dirt jumping? Mainly because I'm looking to get rid of my identiti 666 frame for something a bit more flicky and light... Cheers
-
My mates brother owns that, could see if he can get a good deal? haha
-
Yes, the RS performance blue (on the mk2) would look amazing

That looks absolutely amazing!! -
By 'the good stuff' which do you mean haha- I see B&Q sell one relatively cheap... How much do you think you'd need in order to do a 24" frame? (ml or even l)
-
I'm assuming nitromors? And then potentially sanding? I would like to know how to get a perfect prep service too haha
-
Awesome, ill look into it! Thanks
-
This may sounds bizarre, but what sort of price are you looking at to get frames and forks anodised, as opposed to a fair few smaller parts such as bars, levers and pedal etc... Cheers
