hi mate, when i bought my new try-all freewheel, i had to get my acs off and it was hard but the way i did it was. first of all i got my crank arm off and i put it in a vice, secondly i got a hammer and a big chisel then i just hit the slots in the acs realy, realy hard it took time but it did come off. one of friends just gets the grinder out and grinds through the freewheel but this is just a silly way to do it. hope i have helped you mate.

What Incuridged You To Ride At The Very Start?
flas12345 replied to Antilope-Trials's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
hi the reason i started trials is because i met two lads who i had seen before in my home town riding trials and thought it was cool and i thought to myself 'i an going to get one of those bikes and go for it'. i then heard about a 'onza t-raptor' for sale for £100, so i went and bought that but i could not do a single thing on it because it was a 26inch trials bike so i then sold it to a mate for £90 and moved to a 20inch, whitch was my onza t-pro whitch i bought off of tartybikes. i found a 20inch bike much, much easier to learn things on. i got this bike at the beggining of august so i have now been riding 5months and i am loving it i think it is amazing, thanks to the two lads who i met in my home town. -
hi i have a onza t-pro, 2006 model i love it, i think its a beast and is does the job for me.

hi the '160mm' means the size of the rotor(disk). also it will usualy say i.s mount. i.s mount is the standard mount and is usually the same on all bikes but it can be different.

Wheel Swap - Keeping On Back Wheel
flas12345 replied to will_zooboy!'s topic in Beginners Trials Chat
hi when i wheel swop i just use all my strenth to keep the front wheel up but whilst doing this put a hard kick in and the front wheel should just lift up. -
hi i would go for the zoo cranks, i like them very much but this is just my opinion. you go for what you like best and what you think would be the best

aup mate there is a proper tool to do this with but i had to re-new my star nut once and all i did was make sure it was straight with the forks and i got a piece of copper pipe and a rubber mallet and all i did was tap it down with the mallet and copper pipe and it worked a treat hope i have helped.

hi, i started off by practising trackstanding, endo's, trying to get on backwheel and keep balance and also just trying backhops then tryed the slightly harder stuff such as power hops and 3 pedal hops etc.

hi, i have used tar since i started riding but i now have a deep grind on both front and rear wheels and its amazing i am not running tar at all now but when my grind starts to were down i might have to use the slightest bit of tar as i did on my last grind. dont use sandpaper it is rubish, you might aswell just get the grinder out and put yourself a grind on your rims, its the best way.

i have never had one of these brakes mate but i would say it was the seal behind the bore cap like you say. so try re-newing that seal and see if this works.

hi mate, i did have a small problem with this when i first got my bike, it was due to not enough spaces in between my stem and my headset, so i got another spacer and put it in and it was fine after this. i then got a new stem and there were to many spacers this time so i took one out and it was fine after this also. the star washer in your forks may also be the problem and may need to get a new one. hop this helps you.

hi people, i am just wondering how often you and your friends go on rides to other places? also you could tell me where you go and what place you like the best? i ride everyday in my home town providing the weather is ok and it is not to wet, and then every saturday me and my friends usualy go on rides to other places such as, doncaster, sheffield, worksop, lincoln, leeds. these are the only places we ride and we all like sheffield very much. thank you people, louis

hi, i bleed my maguras myself i find it easy. i take all my brake off my bike, take the pads off also. i then fill my sink up full to the top with water then i add a bit of anti-freeze as i bleed them with water and anti-freeze. i then unscrew the 2mm allen key bolt in the lever and the 5mm allen key bolt on the piston itself. i then get all my equitment which is a seringe and a hose with a magura barb in it. i then fill the seringe with my water and anti-freeze mix making sure there are no air bubbles in the seringe. now i make sure my brake is fully under the water i have to this to make sure no air gets in the brake. then i screw my hose into the lever with the hose attached to the seringe. now i insert all the water and anti-freeze into te brake whilst pumping my lever at the same time. i do this twice to make sure there is enough in the brake. then still making sure the brake is fully under the water, unscrew the hose out of the lever and screw the 2mm allen key bolt back into the lever. i then screw the 5mm allen key bolt back into the piston whilst the brake is stil under the water. now you have a fully re-bled brake i have done this many of times on my bike and my friends bike and it works a treat hope this helps you mate

hi, once you have got your bolts out of your crank arms, use a crank extractor. (if you have one) these are the easiest things ever to get your crank arms off with. if you dont have one turn your bike upside down and get an old towel or cloth or something like that and wrap it round your crank arms. then get a hammer and hit the crank arm and eventualy it will come off. the reason why you should put a cloth or an old towel around them is so you dont damage you crank arms.(if your bothered about them that is). i used to do this when i didnt have a crank extractor and it worked for me.
