The Avids are so much better than the Hopes. There so much easier to set up, and by god there power full ,broke two of my forks with mine. WHOOPS. Avid for the win.

I was thinking earlier, do u think that motorbike trials has helped in the development of push bike trials. If you look thorough the history of motorbike trials and push bike trials, they have moved with the times and they do look similar in many ways. Like the older motor bikes looked like motocross bikes, like a box shape same with push bikes. Now they have lost ever think that isn't needed and look almost the same minus the engine.

I ran Spanish fly pads and they where amazing. Best brake until my present one.

What brakes are you running. I actually have two Front. BB7, XT lever Shimano cables on Zoo forks. ( The one pads has a hole in it whoops) Back. Magura 04 lever, Shimano hosing, 4 bolts mounts, plazmatic pads and a light grind on Zoo Pitbull 07. ( Don't think you will ever get a better back brake than this. ) I think these are the two best brakes, set up wise at the moment. Whats yours .

Its really not that good, and it really starts to annoy you after a bit.

It does look nice don't it, looks like a e2 but don't think it is.
