Yeah he had to buy a new brake afterwards, the brake is now on my desk requiring all new seels in the lever. -
spent about 35 mins collecting pallets from around the yard with a quad bike and trailer, set up an awesome setup, ride for about 5 minutes hop up 5 pallets and my bodge of arayldite on my Maggie cross over finally gives up. damn.

It is not possible to helicoil bb threads from what i know, but it may be possible to re tap the thread, but by the sounds of it its not good. is the bb cup flush with the bb face when it is spinning both ways?

Thats pretty lucky Inur. i know that my chain doesn't fit perfectly when running 22-18 with 375 stays, its about 3mm too short, hence why i made that tensioner.

the only way to remove the tensioner and to rely purely on the chain fitting perfectly is to get a half link chain, or a normal chain and fit a half link with it. It is very rare that you can get a chain the perfect length without the use of a half link.

do you have any idea what your on about? explain to me how you set your back wheel up like a mod with vertical dropouts.

Its sealed to keep crap out, im sure hope would charge me for spare parts while servicing anyway. bearing in mind my hub is about 2 and a half years old on the original ratchet and free hub body.
