always rode with one finger on each brake lever, i find it uncomfortable to use two fingers and also there is no need for me to.

put a key/screwdriver/ anything you wish in side the little hole ont he lock ring, then back pedal.

unless the freewheel has come apart you can tighten it while the crank arm is still on the bb.

i prefer to take my chain apart as little as possible as its the only thing that stops you smashing your face while doing drops etc. if you want to clean it just wrap a rag about the chain and back pedal? then re oil. i've had a bad experience with split links and now i just rivet my chain straight together.

yes it can but you have to have the closed system internals in the lever to adjust the biting point. if you searched pete wright made a topic of how to do it.
