At the end of the day thats bound to happen just don`t ride with them. Theres nothing more that can be done, you wont make them stop by telling people on a forum about them. Everyone has a bad day, most don`t feel the need to tell the world. your the first to critisize the pointlessness of peoples posts and topics and then you come up with this. Of course there not going to change, there just some little scumbags and sadly they are everywhere. The giro semi mx is a bit more pisspot style than the met, my met helmet is similar to the one you posted the link to and it has lasted ages and is still going strong. halfords have the bell metropolis one and thats really nice, so have a look in there maybe. mike

Both the hex and the bell metropolis are really nice helmets, personally i`d go for the bell metropolis or have a look at the met range as they have some relatively cheap and nice helmets. Mike

Take the driveside crank off and turn the freewheel by hand. that will give you a definate answer before you go wasting money. If it isnt that turn the non-drive crank arm to see if it could be your bottom bracket. mike
