hi there buddy. To be totally honest, you are better off with getting a brand new pair of cranks. This way you will know for certain that all of the tapers are in tact , there are no scratches and most importantly you know that the cranks havent been abused. When you buy the cranks your self you also get the lifetime warranty as standard on all middleburn cranks. So if you do the imossible/thought to be impossible thing and break the cranks, middleburn will be more than happy to replace them for free. Its also best to get the longest version,bescause this way you will be able to gap further ,tap higher and generally be better at trials than you would be with the short ones. When you do buy them get the isis version and you will be laughing. Max....

hi mate , welcome to trials forum! the purpose of a rim grind is to make the brake pads grip better. a rougher surface increases the friction and therefore harder for the brake pads to slip when riding. think of it in this way: sliding your foot across an iced up puddle...- it moves easily as it is smooth. sliding your foot across sand paper...-harder to slide it because af the rough and sharpness of it. rim grind advantages: brake works well in the wetbrake is louderbrake holds better in the drysheds water away from the padsa rim can be ground by using an angle grinder and skimming it lightly across the the braking surface.(where the brake pads touch the rim).dont push it into the rim because you will take massive chunks out of it.Just drag the grinder across it lightly and you will get a rough effect like this. click here. also...get some good performing brake pads. the ones that come on the onza t rex arent high performance. i'd advise you to get either: coust pads in plastic backings or aliminium backings if you have lots of money. >>>click here<<< rock pads in blue plazmatic crm koxx bloxx browns. bottom 3 can be found >>>here<<< in the brake pads section. if you would like to know any thing about your bike or any information on when the brake pads will be in stock , give adam and dave a call, they're top guys and can help with anything. if you dont want to call them give them an e- mail they are very helpfull! good luck with trials mate max.....

the way around it is to take an 8 mil spanner out with you and then if they come loose then you can tighten them up. also, its a good idea to check that all of your threaded parts are nice and tight before you ride every day and if need be add a bit of lock tite to keep them secure. max...

i have used many tires. the best selection were michelin comp 24maxxis high roller st or srtry all either one of them will be fine buddy max...

echo urbans or zoo pitbulls. either will work very well. if you want a fork with a bit of sweep on it though get the echo lites. really nice looking forks, very light and will extend the length of the wheelbase a bit max...

yes, it will make it weaker. how much weaker depends on how much you have removed. if yo remove material from any thing it will get weaker. pics? max...

your better off getting some brand new echo urban forks. cannondale dont make the fatty's any more and the echo urbans are the same design but lighter. if you would like black forks though i'd advise the new zoo ones.good forks also both of these forks and others can be found at www.tartybikes.co.uk but im sure you allready knew that max...

im not quite sure what the alex fat rims are.but all alex rims are strong. if its the dx32 rim you are referring to or anything like it then yes it will be strong enough.
