Hi all, this isn't much on Ben Leacock's video but i just wanted everyone to see what Beau was like and what a complete nonse he could be! That ride where we got those clips in Hereford? It's strange, I can remember what time we left for a pint, exactly what we both had where we sat and what we were talking about and i remember filming these clips for his videos like they were just last week. It really is sad for me because we were pretty close and would push eachother to ride better and whenever either of us needed a helping hand we would be there without complaint. I was constantly Truing his wheels and fixing his damn Punctures!!! BASHER! . It didn't actually sink in till just now actually when i just got home from work. I was thinking about it all night and just couldn't believe it. There will be no more of him popping up on MSN saying 'I love you Max, wanna ride Brum', and that really reflected what he was all about. He seriously didn't have an ounce of evil in him and as everybody else who knew him have been saying, wouldn't hurt a fly. Ride soon pal, gonna miss you. Last thing he said to me on MSN. Had some good times with him to be honest, went on some very good group rides with him and had very good times when it was just me and him riding. The guy pulled some sick stuff on his bike and I'm not just saying this because he has passed, but he seriously was such a nice person. R.I.P pal, will miss you Max...

Haha For me, 3 or 4 times a week for no longer than 35-40 minutues on freeweights. And i get most of my cardio from running home from work on fridays and saturdays and when i ride my bike on natural .
