Hi fist thing i have to say is 'welcome' and sorry to hear about your bikes that must suck , and for the tyre pressure its up to you and what ever you find comfortable really i generally ride 30 - 40 psi , but for brakes ive heard alot of good news about the Avid BB7 mechainical disc brake and the power on 203mm is awsome , alot of trials specific shoes are great for trials riding but i dont see why people dont just get some skate shoes ' etnies , es' , DC they seem to work fine for me and you can ware them around casualy aswell.. oh and about that 'raped' thing change to single speed so if they do nick it they cant get far lol . connell ..........

i find doing press ups on your wrists helps alot it kind of hurts at first but after doing a couple you get used to it, and even though rock climbing is good for the arms its also very good for all around muscles such as your back and shoulders, but lifting weights would be easier and more effective as it isolates the particular mussel.

are you riding on the road ? im not sure its illegal unless your endangering others ... cars . and i dont think many people are out walking and bout at night are they and if they are there most likely to be homeless and to be honest who cares if you huirt them lol

hi No tensioner and it seems to have some give to it so not hard or to wobbly and i dont think that the cog is in a bad shape Thanks for the comments il sort it out first thing tommorow

hi as you can tell its to do with my gearing its hard to explain it but il give it my best shot. its single speed but still has all the cogs that it would have and a derailier (rear mech) and at the moment the chain keeps slipping down and going into a higher which infact is really dangerous as i earlier found out. is there anyway of stopping my chaing from doing this ... ? more information on request thanks
