yeah water bleeds are simple enough just do it in the same way as you would with oil and it is simple enough to switch back just re bleed them. Adam.

I believe they are called brake lugs, you should be able to get them from most bike shops, i got mine from Halfords, your best bet would probably be to go over to Halfords or your local bike shop and ask them, shouldn't be any more then about £7 really. Adam.
