Rite i have one quick question i have just ground my rim hoping for great breaking power. I have standard black magura pads and i cannot realy tell much of a difference with my breaking. I am currently running a try-all sticky on the rear and it gives loads more grip than any other tyre i have used before. It alsohas thick sidewalls to reduce risk of pinch flats. It is the only tyre i have not had a pinch flat on. I was gettig hem every time i rode until i go the try-alland it has eliminated them complety. Adam.

Halfords foam grips they are comfy and sexual. I though you were in a car accident only a few days ago though. It cant hve been bad if you are already thinking about riding again. Adam.

Also i thought you nede to be 18 to be able to use money given to you by the insurance someone from school hada bad accident in car and is ot allowed the money from insurance until they ar 18. Adam.

Yes you are correct in thinking you can use a 32hole rim on a 36hole hub but i have heared they ate a pain in the arse to build. I have found that if you are buying for the rear go for a 36hole as they have more spokes (obviously) and i find it makes them stronger as there is more holding the rim in the correct position. No don theat it up just rub it in your hands to ut a bit of heat into it. I found if you heat it too much goes on the rim and your pads stick. Adam.
