Well i can tell you one method but t would be easier if you used the search. You will need: one clean washing up liquid bottle, or a syringe, old magura hose if possible and your buckets. With the top of the washing up liquid bottle you make the hole slightly bigger to fit the part of the hose in. Fill the bottle with water and anti-freeze. You then need to take off both bolts and pump the contents of the washing up liqiud bottle through the magura untill there is only water and the anti-freeze coming out. You then need to make sure both sides are completly submerged untill you fasten the bolts back in. Your brakes should then be fine. If this does not work then use th search and see what other people have said. Adam.

You need not buy disk specific rims to start with but you would need a disk speific hub and disk mounts on your forks lol. Adam.

Yeah if you can get it for £70 get it a few dents wont really affect it just make sure there are no cracks lol. I got a new frame checked for dents and there was a big crack on the frame It only cost me £10 though lol. Adam.

Yeah all you should need to do is wat until your hands harden up. I did this and have not had a blister since lol. I found that gloves do elp though. Adam.
